About BevAtlas
What is BevAtlas?

BevAtlas is a structured B2B platform for the beverage supply chain. It helps buyers and partners discover companies, locations, products, and services globally through both company profiles and standalone product discovery.

Who is BevAtlas for?

BevAtlas is built for beverage industry professionals: producers, brand owners, importers, distributors/wholesalers, retailers, hospitality buyers, and service providers (logistics, compliance, packaging, marketing, technology, and more).

What is the difference between the Atlas and Products?

Explore the Atlas is the company-discovery path. Explore Products is the product-discovery path. Users can start from either side, then move between product pages and company pages depending on what they need.

Searching & Browsing the Atlas
How do I find companies?

Use Explore the Atlas to search companies by keyword + location and filters like Primary Category and Subcategories/Services.

Can I search BevAtlas directly by product?

Yes. Use Explore Products to search products directly. Product pages help users evaluate the item itself, while linked company pages help users understand who carries, represents, or owns it in the BevAtlas network.

What filters are available?

Filters focus on what buyers need: keyword + location (country/state/city) plus category filters such as Primary Category and Subcategories/Services.

What does a product page show?

Product pages are designed to show structured product information and then connect users to the relevant company pages inside BevAtlas for deeper evaluation and outreach.

How does ranking work?

Browse prioritizes trust and listing quality. Search prioritizes keyword relevance first (while still factoring trust signals).

Why can’t I find a company I expect?

Most common causes: missing category data, missing location details, the listing isn’t active/public yet, or the Atlas index hasn’t refreshed. If it’s your listing, completing and saving the profile usually fixes it.

Adding a Company
How do I add my company?

Click Add Your Company, fill out your company profile, add at least one location, then add products and/or services if applicable so users can discover you through both the Atlas and Products.

Is there a minimum required information?

At minimum: company name, primary category, a location (at least city/state/country), and a working contact method.

Are products and services required?

No, but they strongly improve discoverability and buyer confidence.

Can I update my listing later?

Yes. You can publish the basics first and improve your listing anytime.

Locations
Can a company have multiple locations?

Yes. Companies can list multiple locations under one company profile.

What is a “primary location”?

The main public-facing location shown on the company profile. Additional locations may appear depending on your settings and completeness.

Can I keep my street address private?

Yes. Where supported, you can keep street address private and show only a general location (city/state/country).

Products & Services
How do products and services work on BevAtlas?

Products and services strengthen company profiles and also support the newer product-discovery experience. Users can encounter products on company pages or through standalone product search, then move between both views.

Do product pages replace company pages?

No. Product pages complement company pages. Company profiles explain who the business is; product pages help explain what the business makes, carries, or represents.

Can a service-only company list only services?

Yes—service providers can list services without listing products.

Do products/services show in search?

Yes. In the Atlas, products and services contribute to company relevance. In Products, users can also discover products directly through the dedicated product experience.

Approval, Verification, and Trust
Are new listings public immediately?

Listings can be public while unverified. Verification is a separate trust layer.

What’s the difference between Approved and Verified?

Approved means the listing meets basic platform requirements to be shown publicly. Verified means stronger proof has been reviewed and a Verified badge is granted.

How do I become Verified?

Verification may include registry/license matching (where applicable), proof of control (domain/email), and/or document proof. If needed, we’ll tell you exactly what to submit.

What happens if you need more info?

We send a Needs Info request with a checklist—items you can fix in your dashboard plus any proof items required to complete review.

Claims (Claiming an Existing Listing)
What is a claim?

A claim is a request to take control of an existing company listing so you can manage and update it.

Why does claiming require proof?

To prevent impersonation and protect company data. BevAtlas may require proof-of-control before granting access.

Tickets & Support
What is a ticket?

A ticket is how BevAtlas tracks support requests, moderation actions, corrections, claims, and verification steps.

Do I get a confirmation when I submit an issue?

Yes. You receive a receipt email with a ticket number in the format BA-YYYY-######.

How do I reply or add details?

Reply to the ticket email thread (recommended). If documents are required, you’ll be given a clear way to provide them.

Will I get a final confirmation when an issue is resolved?

Yes. Once the case is closed, you’ll receive a resolution/confirmation message.

Corrections, Removals, and Duplicates
How do I correct inaccurate information?

If you own the listing, update it directly. If not, submit a correction request—this creates a ticket and the team will review it.

How do I request removal of a listing?

Submit a removal request with a reason. BevAtlas reviews each request and may correct instead of remove where appropriate.

What if I see a duplicate listing?

Report it and include links to both listings. BevAtlas will review and merge/correct as appropriate.

Privacy & Safety
What content isn’t allowed?

Impersonation, spam, harassment, explicit sexual content, hate content, and illegal activity.

Can I redact sensitive info in documents?

Yes. Redact amounts, account numbers, and unrelated personal info—keep the proof elements visible (company name, address, dates as needed).

Pricing
Is it free to add products and services?

Yes—adding products and services is free in the current phase.

Troubleshooting
I updated my listing but changes don’t appear. What should I do?

First refresh the page and try an incognito/private window. If changes still don’t appear, it may be caching or indexing—submit a ticket with the page link.

I can’t log in or I’m not receiving emails.

Check spam/junk folders and corporate email filters, confirm the email is correct, and request a reset again. If it still fails, submit a ticket so we can help.

Still need help?

If your question isn’t covered above, submit a ticket and we’ll follow up by email.
