Flavor Profile
Light yellow in color with greenish highlights with a complex aroma of fruits such as banana, pear, green apple with notes of ripe pineapple, pear compote and butterscotch. It has a rich mouthfeel with nice balance, freshness and pleasant acidity.
Winemaking
The grapes were selected from specific vineyards with controlled yields per acre. They were harvested manually and sent for fermentation after a light breaking of the stalk and gentle pressing of the grape.
The alcoholic fermentation took place at low temperatures in completely controlled conditions. A short stay with the fine lees enhances the wine's flavor profile by giving it volume and oiliness.
