Flavor Profile

Bright, pale yellow in color with greenish highlights. Aromatically, it focuses on fruity characters such as melon, apricot and citrus fruits while being framed by more mature and sweet aromas such as honey and jasmine. Refined and complex in taste with a full body.

Winemaking

Selection of Malagouzia grapes from mountainous areas of Macedonia in Florina and Pieria. Harvested at the lowest possible temperatures of the day. Strict hand-sorting during delivery. Typical white vinification with pre-fermentation cryo-extraction. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures using selected yeast strains. Wine maturation in the tank with stirring of the fine lees after the end of fermentation until bottling.
