Flavor Profile
Pale straw yellow color with persistent tiny bubbles. Intense aroma of citrus and flowers framed by yeast, brioche and nuts. Rich body characterized by refreshing acidity, freshness and a long fruity aromatic aftertaste.
Winemaking
Selected grapes of the Moschofilero variety from our vineyard in Mantineia were harvested at an early ripeness in mid-September. After gentle pressing of the grapes, the juice was fermented at low temperature while the young base wine was then aged on its fine lees for 6 months. We then followed the process of producing sparkling wines using the traditional method. It was released in November 2023 after a beneficial 18-month stay on its lees.
