Hairst '26
Product overview
Hairst (noun, Scots): Harvest
Each year, we “burn the bear” to celebrate the Fife barley harvest, in tribute to the land, our heritage, and the spirit of Lindores. The Bear and Staff on the hill represents the insignia of Guido, First Abbot of Lindores. Aged in some beautiful rejuvenated red wine casks, this whisky embodies the spirit of that fiery tradition.
TASTING NOTES:

Colour: Dark Mahogany
Nose: Mellow fruity blackcurrants, caramelised brown sugar with layers of almonds and baking spices.
Taste: Fruity blueberry jam, dark cherries with pleasant peppery notes, some cinnamon, and touches of dark chocolate ganache playing on the palate, mingling with roasted almonds, producing high complexity. Perfectly balanced with a velvety texture.
Finish: Smooth and lingering
