A pioneering recipe for the craft scene, filled with delicious flavours and aromas of smoke and wood, followed in the background by notes of caramel and raisins. Strong aromas of smokiness, roasted caramel, bread and bacon are prominent. Tasting is soft and sweet at first and the smoke delivers a delightful aftertaste along with a slight bitterness. Rye and heavily caramelised Belgian-style malts, complete the sophisticated sensation.

Color: Copper to reddish brown, translucent, dense foam with good hold.
Flavor combinations: Smoked charcuterie, grilled meats, grilled vegetables, smoked cheeses (such as gouda and cheddar).
