Flavor Profile

A pale reddish color typical of the Moschofilero variety with an expressive aroma of great intensity reminiscent of characters such as rose, jasmine, peach and honeycomb.

Winemaking

The grapes are brought to the winery and cooled to 10ºC. They are then hand-sorted, then crushed and the grape pulp is sent to the press where it remains for 24 hours.

The juice that is released is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it is de-mudified by applying cooling. The temperature of alcoholic fermentation ranges from 14-18ºC to preserve the primary and secondary aromas.

At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into stainless steel tanks where it matures with simultaneous stirring of the fine lees until bottling.
