Flavor Profile
A deep orange color with dark brown undertones. An intoxicating aroma consisting of thyme honey, dried raisins and fig. A velvety and rich mouthfeel with a very long and warm aftertaste.
Winemaking
Grapes from selected vineyards were harvested late and then spread out in the sun for the famous "lyasimos" which lasts 15 days. The white winemaking process is followed at very low temperatures, while at the end of fermentation it matured in French oak barrels for 12 years.
