Ambrosia Cava Reserva Semi Seco

Ambrosia is a balanced, smooth and round cava ideal for accompanying desserts and prolonging the most refined meals.

Coupage: 60% Parellada, 30% Macabeu, 10% Xarel·lo.
Ageing: Guarda Superior. More than 24 months of ageing.
Dosage: Semi seco 35g/L of added sugar.
ABV: 12%

Aspect: Pale yellow and bright appearance. Good presence of fine bubbles.
Nose: Very good attack, it is lively and aromatic.
Palate: Round, fruity and full-bodied. Offers a pleasant sweetness on the end.
